There are numerous networking and collaboration opportunities amongst WiN chapters and individuals. This can be achieved, for example, with seminars, education and mentoring, or technical visits to nuclear facilities etc.
The WiN Award is given annually to a remarkable nuclear woman specialist. The WiN Award recipient is selected from nominees who are recommended by WiN chapters or The WiN Board and is someone who has demonstrated an outstanding career in the field of nuclear energy, radiation application and communication in leadership, education and mentoring.
The WiN Honorary Award is given to a specialist who has significantly contributed to the development of WiN.
WiN runs various committees on specific subjects where members most experienced in that particular field can work together for a collaborative, unbiased and objective outcome. Examples of our committees are: Communication Committee, Messaging Committee, Strategy Committee and Election Committee.
